How can color have a psychological effect on people in a room?
Each color brings different emotions and experiences. All properties ascribed to a color arise from one’s own experiences. Many don’t even think about what color can do to someone’s emotions and state of mind. We can extend the impact of color to a form of therapy for people who find it more difficult to communicate verbally. This can create awareness for mental health. For a half year I focussed my research on one person specifically and projected the research results in a color story just designed for her in a 360 degrees dome experience. The colors and forms came through and touched her. She didn’t expect it.
